Fable 2 (Lionhead Studio)

In August 2007 I returned to work at Lionhead, this time on Fable II for the XBOX360 as a Visual Effects Artist. I created a set of concept artwork for the spells and visual effects from which I produced the in-game effects themselves. This included modelling any elements such as shards of rock etc, required for the effects using Softimage XSI.

With Fable 2 being a fantasy title, this meant the game was to be packed full of effects.

The major effects I created for the game included creature effects for the skeletons, hollowmen, wisps and banshee's, as well as working on the blast spell, vortex spell, swords of democles spell and the bread crumb trail.

I also worked on many of the ambient, magical and environmental effects, such as the waterfalls, sparkles, dust and many more.
